Custom Synthesis

Advanced ChemSynthesis offers a custom synthesis service of special molecules that are not commercially available (at the mg, gram and kilogram scales). We will listen to your needs and synthesize the compounds to your specifications.

Collaborative Projects & Contract Research

Advanced ChemSynthesis offers process development from laboratory to production scale. We conduct synthesis, analysis, and optimization of new chemical compounds. Medicinal chemistry projects and "Hit to Lead" optimization are only some examples of our capabilities.

Quality Control and Analysis

The minimum purity of all compounds is 90% minimum (but 95% on average). Purity is tested by NMR spectra (Bruker 300 and 500 MHz) for all of the compounds. LC-MS and TLC densitometry are used as supplementary controls.

As well as the price, the quote will include our estimated time of synthesis. All enquiries and subsequent projects are of course undertaken in the strictest confidence and will be backed up by secrecy agreements if required.
